If you're not happy with the clean, tell us within 7 days of the job. We'll come back and re-clean that area at no cost to you.

01The promise
We want you to look at your driveway, walls, roof or deck and be glad you rang us. If you're not, tell us within 7 days of the job. We'll come back and re-clean the area you're not happy with, at no cost to you.
If we missed a patch or left the finish uneven, we'll fix it. What the guarantee covers, and what it doesn't, is set out below in plain English.
02Roofs get longer
A roof soft wash (a low-pressure clean with a solution that kills moss and lichen) keeps improving for a few weeks after we visit, as rain rinses the dead growth away. So you've got 7 days to tell us about any area we missed, and up to 8 weeks to tell us if the roof still hasn't cleared up.
03How to claim
Ring us on 02 0000 0000 or email hello@thepressurewashbrigade.com.au. Tell us what's wrong and, if you can, send a photo.
We'll get back to you within 2 business days to arrange a time to come back that suits you.
If our return visit still doesn't put it right, we'll refund what you paid for that area.
04What it covers
The guarantee covers the workmanship of the clean. For example:
- patches or areas we missed
- an uneven finish, such as stripes or tide marks on a driveway
- cleaning solution, residue or splashes we left behind
- an area in your quote that we didn't clean
05What it doesn't cover
- a stain we told you in writing, before we started, might not fully lift, such as deep oil, rust or leaf tannin (the brown stain left by wet leaves), as long as we did the clean we quoted
- mould, moss or lichen growing back naturally over time
- new marks after we finish, from weather, leaf drop, vehicles, pets or anyone else
- problems that were already there and that cleaning showed up, such as loose paint, cracked render (the smooth coat over brick), crumbling mortar or worn sealer
06If we damage something
If we damage something through a lack of care, we'll put it right. Tell us as soon as you can, with photos if possible. We'll repair it, pay for the repair, or pay you its reasonable value.
07This is on top of your legal rights
This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which can't be excluded. Nothing on this page limits those rights. You'll find them in our terms of service.
The guarantee is given by The Trade Brigade Pty Ltd (ACN 702 347 313), trading as The Pressure Wash Brigade.
