Soft wash
Roofs get a soft wash from the ground or the roof, depending on the pitch. The mix kills the moss and lichen, and rain finishes the job over the next few weeks. Gutter faces get a gentle scrub and rinse.

Could washing my roof make it leak?
A blast can. It cracks old tiles and drives water up under them. We use a soft wash instead: low pressure and a mix that kills the moss and lichen.
Why does my roof still look patchy after you leave?
The mix keeps working after we go. Rain washes the dead moss and lichen off over the next few weeks. We take photos before and after, so you can see the change.
Is the cleaning mix safe for my plants, pets and pool?
We cover or rinse plants as we go. Keep pets inside until the area is rinsed and dry. If there's a pool close by, tell us on the call and we'll plan around it.
Do I need to be home? Do you need my water or power?
Usually you don't need to be home. We use your outside tap and a power point, so tell us when you book if you don't have one. We'll also ask about gates, dogs and where to park.
How long will it stay clean?
It depends on shade, trees and weather. Damp, shady spots go green first. Sunny spots stay clean longer. We'll tell you what to expect once we've seen it.
