Will the oil stain come out completely?
Sometimes, not always. Old oil can soak deep into concrete. We treat it before we wash it. Then we tell you straight what will fade and what won't.
Why did the mould come back after my last clean?
A blast knocks off what you can see and leaves the roots. We kill the mould at the root first, then rinse. That way it takes much longer to come back.
Is the cleaning mix safe for my plants, pets and pool?
We cover or rinse plants as we go. Keep pets inside until the area is rinsed and dry. If there's a pool close by, tell us on the call and we'll plan around it.
Do I need to be home? Do you need my water or power?
Usually you don't need to be home. We use your outside tap and a power point, so tell us when you book if you don't have one. We'll also ask about gates, dogs and where to park.
How long will it stay clean?
It depends on shade, trees and weather. Damp, shady spots go green first. Sunny spots stay clean longer. We'll tell you what to expect once we've seen it.
What if I'm not happy with the job?
