Depends on the surface
We work out the order on the first visit: roof, walls, then paths and driveway last, so nothing dirty runs onto a clean surface. Walls get a soft wash, hard ground gets pressure.

Can you work around my photo date?
Yes. Tell us the date when you ring and we'll book the clean around it. The sooner you ring, the more days we have to choose from.
Can you do the whole outside in one visit?
That's how we plan it. Roof first, then walls, then paths and the driveway last. That way nothing dirty runs onto a clean surface.
Is the cleaning mix safe for my plants, pets and pool?
We cover or rinse plants as we go. Keep pets inside until the area is rinsed and dry. If there's a pool close by, tell us on the call and we'll plan around it.
Do I need to be home? Do you need my water or power?
Usually you don't need to be home. We use your outside tap and a power point, so tell us when you book if you don't have one. We'll also ask about gates, dogs and where to park.
How long will it stay clean?
It depends on shade, trees and weather. Damp, shady spots go green first. Sunny spots stay clean longer. We'll tell you what to expect once we've seen it.
What if I'm not happy with the job?
Ring us. If you're not happy with a job we've done, we come back and fix it. Our guarantee page has the details.
