What people ask us
Will it damage my paint or render?
It shouldn't. A soft wash uses low pressure, so nothing gets blasted off. Render is the smooth coat over brick, and it chips under a strong jet. We check the paint first. If it's already flaking, we show you before we start.
Will the black streaks come back?
Not as fast. The mix kills mould and lichen at the root, so it takes longer to grow back. Shady, damp walls still go green again in time.
Is the cleaning mix safe for my plants, pets and pool?
We cover or rinse plants as we go. Keep pets inside until the area is rinsed and dry. If there's a pool close by, tell us on the call and we'll plan around it.
Do I need to be home? Do you need my water or power?
Usually you don't need to be home. We use your outside tap and a power point, so tell us when you book if you don't have one. We'll also ask about gates, dogs and where to park.
How long will it stay clean?
It depends on shade, trees and weather. Damp, shady spots go green first. Sunny spots stay clean longer. We'll tell you what to expect once we've seen it.
