Why we check the surface first
Depends on the surface
Timber gets a cleaner first to loosen the grime and kill the mould. Then a low-pressure rinse along the grain. We only turn it up where the timber is hard enough to take it.
We check the surface first. Soft wash where pressure would do damage, pressure only where it's safe.

Will my deck go furry like last time?
That's what too much pressure does. It tears the soft wood out from the grain. We clean the timber first, then rinse along the grain at low pressure.
When can I oil it?
Once it's fully dry. How long that takes depends on the weather and the shade. We'll tell you when, and what to use.
Is the cleaning mix safe for my plants, pets and pool?
We cover or rinse plants as we go. Keep pets inside until the area is rinsed and dry. If there's a pool close by, tell us on the call and we'll plan around it.
Do I need to be home? Do you need my water or power?
Usually you don't need to be home. We use your outside tap and a power point, so tell us when you book if you don't have one. We'll also ask about gates, dogs and where to park.
How long will it stay clean?
It depends on shade, trees and weather. Damp, shady spots go green first. Sunny spots stay clean longer. We'll tell you what to expect once we've seen it.
What if I'm not happy with the job?
