What people ask us
Will it wash the sand out from between my pavers?
Not the way we do it. We run a spinning surface cleaner over the pavers, not a wand held close. If a few joints were already loose, we'll show you where before we leave.
Can you clean a coloured or sealed driveway?
Yes, with a lighter hand. Too much pressure can take the colour or the seal off. We check the surface first and set the pressure to suit it.
Is the cleaning mix safe for my plants, pets and pool?
We cover or rinse plants as we go. Keep pets inside until the area is rinsed and dry. If there's a pool close by, tell us on the call and we'll plan around it.
Do I need to be home? Do you need my water or power?
Usually you don't need to be home. We use your outside tap and a power point, so tell us when you book if you don't have one. We'll also ask about gates, dogs and where to park.
How long will it stay clean?
It depends on shade, trees and weather. Damp, shady spots go green first. Sunny spots stay clean longer. We'll tell you what to expect once we've seen it.
What if I'm not happy with the job?
